Jesse Ross, 19: Missing from Chicago, IL. 11/21/06

Jesse Ross’ family handed out fliers with the missing UMKC student’s photo Saturday in Chicago and publicized his case through a news conference with reporters there.

The Belton native, 19, was last seen Nov. 21 leaving his downtown hotel. He was visiting Chicago for an American Model United Nations International conference.

Ross’ father, brother and a family friend traveled to Chicago for Saturday’s visit. The goal was to keep Ross’ case in the mind of the public, so that anyone who might know something will call police.

“They want to keep his face out there,” said his mother Donna Ross, who had a cold and had to stay home. “They want to keep his name out there.”
