Caylee Anthony - Absurdity in the news
Below you will find links from a google search from 2:30am EST looking back at the last 4 days in the Caylee Anthony case. One of the first things that sticks out is the contridictions from Larry Garrison, the family spokesperson. On Thursday he said on Foxnews to other outlets that Casey was talking about the case to her family and being helpful and giving information. On Saturday and into Sunday, Mr. Garrison changed his tune to Casey is only talking to her lawyer.
On Sunday Casey did not attend the church service she had permission to leave her house for, she also did not attend the vigil on Sunday night held for her daughter. Her family says she did not attend for safety reasons.
Also on Sunday Leonard Padilla said something we have kinda heard before:
Now Leonard is even saying he knows who has Caylee, yet none of the people who have made these claims have told law enforcement?

The fine members of East Orlando Baptist Church come out IN THE RAIN to pray for Caylee's safe return and Caylee's mom is a no show. I can understand the danger from a camera or mic getting too close. Oh wait wasn't Lee manning the water hose? But she could have asked the Minister to come in for private prayer. Oh wait he might be hiding a rotting pizza.

Writer: wanted to add to that it seems that the current defense is that Caylee is alive and somewhere in NY. Padilla is now posting that claim and its showing up on websleuth where he is purpetrated to have his own thread now.
Trouble is that if Caylee really is in NY, that's not Florida's jurisdiction or the fault of local authorities to go there to investigate or get her and whoever is saying this, needs to stop watching Law&Order or maybe should start watching Law & Order and brush up on their skills (or lack there of, equal opportunity here).
Say she is alive and Padilla is true about that...that means that Jose needs to get the FBI involved since they are the ONLY ones to have jurisdiction to question and go in after people who have crossed state lines and this makes it a federal kidnapping.
At this point, there is no such thing as giving up Caylee and walking scott free and if these are kidnappers involved, they know that and aren't stupid.
If the local enforcement doesn't slap some hefty charges, the FBI has jurisdiction to slap federal charges that are going to hurt a lot worse than that silly old spoon the local enforcement would use for slapping.
I'm seriously debating how seriously this would or could hold in court because there are average layman with enough understanding that if there is kidnapping...it's not the local enforcements fault for delaying if they can't read Casey's mind as clearly as Jose and apparently Padilla is able to do lately.
There's no biological proof either that the Anthony's are vulcans either and can communicate with each other through mind melding.
If only the family choose to go and try to get Caylee after they have made their business rounds, eat pizza and hide in the house, they can be in a world of serious charges for taking the law in their own hands.
As much as they can accuse the media and community of being a lynch mob, how does being hypocritical and doing the very thing they accuse others but themselves, any different?
They go in to get Caylee themselves and hope they enjoy family jail too.
There is no good job citizen for taking the law in your own hands.
George is no longer a deputy for Florida, Ohio or Andy Griffith.

She knows how not nice they are going to be when they realize they just had a vigil on a possible murder case suspect yard.

----Think that's why NCG has dropped his show and all association with him?
Seriously..how many people here has lost just an animal (sorry fish going down the toilet doesn't count), and literally just freaked out.
Amplify that with a child and whose going to be calm? I bet there would be plenty of parents showing their faces saying, "Gimme my child back now".
So she's at peace that she knows where Caylee is? GO GET HER. The court does not have a sense of humor. This isn't a group of 22 year old whose going to try her.
These are going to be adults with family who wouldn't be all nice and calm.
If she is that calm, she needs to show her face and show it to her potential jurors.
What does she have to fear if she is so innocent? Every tell a puppy no for wetting the floor? Does it just go...'oh okay' and do nothing..no..usually it goes running and hiding under a piece of furniture because at least a DOG knows when it has done something wrong...
People who haven't done anything wrong, arent' afraid to show their faces.

Updated: This is close to a "verifiable" claim that I could locate and hopefully someone can find something more "Verifiable" or a mainstream news article to substantiate it, but looks like the tide of public sentiment is turning.
Law Enforcement has granted permission for a "peaceful protest" to be held from 6 am to 6 pm on labor day in front of the anthony's home on the street.
Considering the entire family except for Casey can go out of town...this is going to be interesting.
NO mention if patio size umbrellas are recommending in case of unexpected power hosing.
Personally, this is no longer a missing child case anymore. The lies, the lack of cooperation.
Funny no one has put up a countdown counter for the trial. It's a rough guess and Casey has 79 days till trial.
Padilla has what? 3 days to find Caylee?
No one has yet to determine how many days till a breakdown for anyone regarding the case.

Hate to repeat myself but there's a good possibility that Jose knows where Caylee is located....down the road he may use her as a bargaining chip to work a plea deal.....It's been done before here in NY and upheld by the appealate courts that an attorney can say to the state, "I'll tell U where to find her if U do such and such for me. That's why it's imperative that Casy not tell anyone else....if she does "all deals are off".
Two lawyers in NY got disbarred in a similar case, not because they used the bargaining chip tactic but they had gone to the scene and taken pictures of the body to show that they were'nt fooling around. They got pinched for tampering with a crime scene. They're client eventually was shot and killed trying to escape from a prison Rehab center after he convinced prison "officials" that he could'nt walk......they'd been pushing him around for over a year in a wheel chair but he was running like a deer when he was hit with multiple .357 rounds which was a better end than he gave his victims - one of his victims was never found to this day along with a Volkswagon Beetle.

Considering public sentiment, think that will go over with the public and local community and volunteers well if Jose did that?
Say he does know which seems likely otherwise he would be pushing Casey to take advantage of free PR moments to show she is a good mom.
Though life in prison versus lethal injection...either way...Baez must know his client isn't going to be going scott free either way.

A protest possible? Those neighbors aren't getting paid enough to let the media park in their yards. (If they are getting paid.)
I did read on wftv.com that the minister did have a private meeting with Caylee's mom. So I take back what I said earlier. I also read last night, don' remember where, that their was two pizza deliveries-one from pizza hut and one from dominos. So it looks like Padilla was right on something.
That killed me to say. Soap followed by barf bag.

Buzz: Yep. There is actually a protest starting up and the focus is well...people are tired of hearing about Casey and want to know where Caylee is. It's basically a protest for Caylee to be brought home and for the mom to
actually cooperate.
There also seems to be tide turning regarding donations and it was speculated (not the same as verified) that the Anthonys are starting to have trouble finding people to donate for their "cause" and instead are being asked...why are they asking donations for a missing child if she is really kidnap?
There's a very growing frustration at the Anthony's and people are starting to refuse to donate gift cards, money anthing and then seeing the Anthony's love/hate relationship with the media.
Apparently it's being felt that if they know where Caylee is then they dont' need volunteers or donations and should just get the child.
However, Pat's comment makes sense which makes me wonder if the community is going to start demanding money retribution from the Anthonys.
There's also growing frustration that none of the Anthonys seem to want to work anymore than they want to search for Caylee and the talk about religion and needing help to find Caylee is wearing thin.
Video of Cindy saying turn the hose on them,isn't really winning sentiment anymore that they seem to keep finding locations where Caylee really is but trouble is..people don't care anymore, they just want Caylee to come home and they are viewing the family as enablers to the kidnappers more than de-ablers.
One train of thought is that there is concern if there is kidnappers and Casey is in cahoots, how do they know their donations aren't really supporting the kidnappers and Casey's lifestyle and why should the taxpayers and local community donate to help fund and support Casey and the kidnappers since there is no viable information regarding her.
Casey doesn't even care to show any gratitude to people searching for her daughter or to show her face. They don't care what her mother has to say or spokesperson or anyone.
They are getting disillusion because if Casey really said this, or really felt that, she needs to show her face then.
She's not winning friends.
Public sentiment basically is feeling she is biting the hand of the community that is feeding her and her hiding in the house is no different than Marie Antonnaite hiding in her palace.
If she truly cared about Caylee or what the community is doing for her, as an "innocent mother" she needs to quit hiding and come out.
As far as the public is concern, she is turning her back on them and snubbing them and thinking she is a princess and they are peasants. She seems to forget that those peasants are looking for her daughter and she's not.
There is no real concern for her safety. If she truly did nothing wrong, why hide away in the house like a puppy who knows they are wrong?
It's basically...the public will give money, but they want a sketch of these kidnappers or babysitters or bigfoot or who ever the flavor of the month is.
They are wondering who are they funding and also where is the money really going and yet the Anthony's have claimed to be in debt to the max.
That's really not a great view of support for a missing child's parent there.

Update:The State Attorney's Office is expected to release legal documents this afternoon regarding Casey Anthony's case.
More than 400 pages of documents, including arrest reports, will be released as part of a public records request made by the Orlando Sentinel.
Apparently among the information released...there is speculated photos of a dumpster that played an integral part to investigations.

Padilla states now that all this is a joke. Okay he didn't say that but he did say that casey gave caylee to friends to avoid supervision.

w.e., you are quite the info sleuth! kudos for digging this stuff up and posting it! so, this maybe has just been all an unfortunate misunderstanding? you know, kids will be kids, moms will be moms. of course, given casey's history of lying nothing has ever gotten in her way before, why worry that she lied now if that is the case. oh, it's all so lukewarm, poor padillo, he's holding on to the hopes he gets his investment back, if not, he may be permanently bunked out with the anthonys. interesting the docs are being released same time she meets her case manager, maybe they are going to arrest her on the site for more charges. that will put an end to the desire to get "out and about". it will be really interesting to read the transcripts of the interrogations if they are released...thanks for the updated info, i was beginning to think CA got her wish and the media had left them alone! peace, cyn

I find it interesting that bounty hunter mentions that Caylee may be in Puerto Rico. Doesn't he remember that Casey herself said that she felt that Caylee was "close". Last time I checked Puerto Rico wasn't that close to Florida, at least not walking distance.....
I think it is despicable that the Anthony's are asking people for donations to look for Caylee when the one person who knows where she is (CASEY HERSELF) isn't talking or helping to find her. Why should people give this family money, when indirectly it will most likely serve Casey's cause? Now that Casey is home, she is not doing anything to find Caylee so how can they have the gall to ask donations of people who don't have any knowledge of where she may be????

Re Lethal Injection: No way would that be a possibility....it would require Premeditation, (Malice and afore thought),.....this will be more of a Neglegence driven case.....IE Criminal Neglegent Homicide or Manslaughter.
The public doesn't have to "know" about a deal....if the state agrees to a deal it can be off the record... U might just see things happen .... Casey pleads and get's a modified sentence.
That's unless the "world famous" crew finds Caylee alive and well and proves the LE community and state are a bunch of jerks.....

I doubt Padillo will get his 50k investment back. However it does provide an interesting visual, padillo permanently bunked out with the Anthony's. I don't think Cindy would allow that to happen, she would sic Lee on him with their power garden hose first.
Notice how when Casey left a meeting recently she left covering her face with a towel???? I think the meeting shed some new light into her involvement and Casey realizes the jig is up.
When she was first released from jail she didn't hide her face because she said she was going to hold her head up high and she proclaimed "I'm innocent". It looks as though she is changing her tune and probably realizing that the prosecutor has more evidence of her guilt.

This was after telling the reporter that Caylee's mom is calm so she is calm.
You can take the above quote a couple of ways. A) Caylee is gone. B) They have no control over if the bail gets pulled. C) We can't control what the kidnappers do. Etc, etc, etc.
If all the reports are right, reading between the lines, it sounds like Caylee's mom has spent time alone with one of Acme brain's crew. I have trouble with the GPs and Baez going for that. There may be one good thing about this. It serves to reduce the chance of Caylee's mom comitting suicide. I say this because the more I see the getting out of jail tape, the more I'm convinced she has been depressed. She had lost weight, looked depressed. Of course part of that I'm sure was freight at the media. She had after all been fairly isolated from all that while in jail. Since she holds the key to all this, I want her around. Of course it is possible the police investigation at some point will make that mostly irrelavent. Except for a plea bargain.
Wow a twelve-hour protest window. It's a good thing this will be taped to confirm or deny any threats that are made.

1. It has been reported that Casey wanted to give up the baby Caylee for adoption before

3. Had Casey had her way and rightful choice none of this would be going on and Casey would be single with no children.
4. The want of Cindy the grandmother to have a grandchild is what put
Casey in this situation.
5. It was reported that Casey told her mother "You are the reason
I am in jail"
6. Is it possible that she could have been referring to the adoption that she
could not have?
7. Is it possible that Casey is blaming Cindy for not letting the adoption
happen like Casey wanted?
8. I do feel so very sorry for Casey in this one respect and I hope that some consideration
can be given to this fact that Casey could have adopted out this child if not for Cindy
the grandmother, so it was reported?
When you first began to watch this case unfold on July 15, 08
you think and hope that it is a missing child case and that the
child can be found and returned home in a happy ending.
Now with all the clues, lies from the mother and the report that the mother might have wanted to give up the child for adoption anything is possible in this stalled case?
Clues and findings as reported on the internet
1. Could it be possible that the mother may have wanted to give the child up for adoption because the child was a product of incest by someone in the Anthony
family?
2. Could it be possible that is why Cindy the wife of George Anthony
supposedly filed for divorce in 2005?
3. Could it be possible she found out about sex possibly
going on in the Anthony family.
4. Could it be possible that Caylee Anthony has
that name because of incest in the family?
5. Is it possible Casey the mother could have wanted to be free of a child that
was an incest child of sex within the family and the child reminded her of her sin?
6. Could it be possible that Casey could have wanted to marry her new boyfriend?
7. Could it be possible he wanted a woman with no kids?
8. Could it be possible that Caylee was done away with because Casey wanted to marry her new boyfriend?
9. Could it be possible that the new boyfriend may not have wanted Caylee?
All these are possibles and questions that just might lead to something in solving this stalled case.
Here are things that nobody is looking at!!!
"GRANDPARENTS SPOIL THEIR GRANDCHILDREN"
1. Caylee lived with her grand parents!
2. Is it possible Caylee had most everything she wanted from her grand parents.
3. She had a large doll house in the back yard to play in, a swimming pool, nice clothes and possibly got a wonderful Christmas with lots of toys.
4. Is it possible Caylee could have been spoiled rotten with all the gifts and love from her grand parents?
5. Is it possible Casey could have become jealous of Caylee of all the attention and
spoiling from her mother and father toward Caylee.
6. Is it possible this
jealously from Casey could be the reason that Caylee is missing?
Now take all this, a possible spoiled three year old and put it
into action.
1. Is it possible that Caylee could have been at Casey's boyfriends
place wanting to go home to grandma and grandpa who possibly spoil
her with love and most anything Caylee wants?
2. Is it possible that Caylee could have
been screaming at Casey to go home to MamMaw her grandmother?
3. Is it possible that Caylee, wanting to go home to MamMaw could have said in anger
to Casey, I don't love you, I love MamMaw and screaming I want my MamMaw.
4. Is it possible the boyfriend in his own place had gotten enough of the screaming and told Casey to shut her up or you are going to have to leave right now?
5. Is it possible that Caylee was possibly screaming for MamMaw at the top of her voice like a three year old child can do that is possibly spoiled?
6. Is it possible Casey could have lost it and done what many mothers have done to their children and drowned Caylee in the bathtub? This is not an uncommon thing in that
many mothers do away with their children and some do drown
them in the bathtub or beat them to death.
7. Is it possible that this could have happened to Caylee ??
8. Is it possible that if this is what could have happened, then a body would need
to be buried.
9. Is is possible that Caylees body could have been placed in the
trunk of Casey's car.
10. Is it possible that Casey backed up to the garage to hide what
was being removed from the trunk?
11. Is it possible that Casey could have borrowed a
shovel from a neighbor to bury a body?
12. Is is possible that the ping tones that came
from the woods at the Orlando Airport is where Casey took a shovel?
Keep in mind that in todays world, anything is possible but that does not mean that
is what happened. Only time, more clues, findings and excellent police work will solve
this case and then we might possibly know if all the Is it possibles could fit into this case?
We may never know what really happened and if Caylee is
still alive she may never be found and if Caylee was done away
with and the body buried and re-buried it may never be found,
so all we have to look at is what can really happen in the cases
of the past.
What a sad state that things like this can happen and have
happened in the past. Sometimes we love and spoil our children too much and then the child screams to get what they want and the screaming can cause their death and this is
a reality in life.
As I look at all the clues and findings in this case, my gut feeling is that it MIGHT turn out to be a murder case to be solved by police if possible.
My gut feeling is that this MIGHT turn out to become the case of Caseys jealously of the grand child Caylee??
It MIGHT turn out to become The Murder of Caylee Anthony.
This is only a gut feeling and I certainly hope that my gut feeling is wrong in this and that Caylee will be brought home safe and that this case can have a happy ending.
Caylee is loved by many and by God above and needs to come
home and with the help of God above she can!
