Caylee Anthony - State Attorney's Office Releases Data
Yeah, it's all coming out now isn't it? (Thanks, wonderingeyes, you deserve the credit for this one.) The Orlando Sentinel requested public records release of the material the State Attorney's office has regarding Casey Anthony's child neglect case....and oh BOY, did they get it. 400 pieces of bonafide 100% documentation, including transcripts, interviews, pictures, poems...it's sure to make for some late nights once it's available for download. Jose Baez tried a motion to stop the release, DENIED. Wonder what Leonard Padilla's going to think when he reads it, if he reads at all. Local Orlando stations are reporting that contained in the data are:
- Casey reportedly wanted to give Caylee up for adoption, but her parents refused.
- The grandmother apparently called her daughter a sociopath at some point.
- The grandparents did searches on their own in the backyard before the police.
- She apparently talks while smoking pot - and talked about life without Caylee.
- Casey is required to have drug testing performed every time she sees her case manager. (This, BTW, is standard in home confinement regulations)
- Casey also reported to have been confronted by Tony about stealing money from friends and family. When confronted, Tony stated that Casey said she needed the money for a "backup plan" "just in case...but just in case of what, we're not entirely sure.
Discuss....sure there will be more soon...400 pages is a lot to get thru :)
UPDATED 8:45pm
Got through all 400 pages...and all we can say is now that Casey will have obviously seen what her mother, brother, father, boyfriend(s) and friends have said about her and her major affliction with misinformation (nice way of saying she "lies"), it's only a matter of time before that family implodes. No wonder Jose Padilla tried not to have them released: it's apparent that the Orange County Sheriff's Department did indeed follow up on leads relating to Caylee sightings and did not necessarily focus on just Casey.
One of the most telling parts of this data is the transcript of the interview at Universal when Casey met detectives there in her ill-fated attempted to show them her office that didn't exist. John Allen, the OCSD lead detective of the case, point blank tells Casey that they know she's lying and proceeds to tell her that she has 2 choices of the way she can be perceived: she can either be scared, tell the truth about what happened to her daughter, and ask for forgiveness (implying an accident), or she can be perceived as a cold, heartless monster, continue to lie and have her friends and her family suffer. It's telling that he accurately and completely predicts the current exact environment of disgust that at least the local Orlando public has with Casey Anthony and her parents.
I hope the sunshine law in Florida allowed LE to withhold the smoking gun.
But what you've posted above Writer is enough to literally make me sick. Forget the bag, I need an empty gravel pit.

The only thing Jose has in his back pocket is "where" Caylee is, I'm sure the state was glad to comply with the FOI request by the Sentinel, no matter what they said officially......hopefully it'll build a little fire under Jose to negoiate a resolution to this sad sad tradegy. "Sociopath" hits it right on the head.... Narcissus.....saw her reflection in water and fell in Love .....to the exclusion of the rest of the world.

I want to know more about the 200 photos of Caylee deleted from on-line. Was it to clear space for more pics of Caylee or ????

Writer: *Blush* No credit really...I'm just an annoying poster. Lol
Buzz: any room near that gravel pit...I think we may need the Grand Canyon..after reading what Writer posted (not reflection on Writer's er...uhm..writing,but about Casey)...how they can walk away without homicide now is beyond me.
Wow...She got confronted by Tony. Mommy dearest called mommy of the year a sociopath.
There is no way she can get away with this from the jury.
Wow.wow.wow.
Writer..this is just. wow.
It went from being a circus to now a textbook motive for murder.
Wonder if Jose skipped popping the antacids and hooked up an i.v. line instead?
Buzz: who needs a smoking gun..they just released a bonfire.
Writer, any word about the contents they found or rather the dumpster they say is a key to the case.

Updated: This is going to get ugly.
Remember the pizza claim by Cindy?Well.....you can read via this link:
http://www.orlandosentinel.com/news/local/orange/orl-casey-anthony-082508,0,7716236.story
but:
THIS IS what was in the documents:
A manager at the wrecker yard where Anthony's vehicle was towed told detectives the car smelled like another vehicle once stored on the lot in which a man committed suicide inside. <------Between this and cadaver dogs..this doesn't look good for Casey.
Casey's ex-fiancé told detectives he discovered she had deleted more than 200 photos of her with Caylee that were online.
- Anthony's most recent boyfriend told detectives she "pretty much shacked up" at his apartment, cooked and did his laundry.
One of Anthony's long-time friends told detectives that while Casey was pregnant with Caylee, she talked about putting the baby up for adoption, but her mother wouldn't let her.
- The same friend described Anthony as "bipolar."

At this time, wftv.com and local6.com can't be accessed...did the Anthonys come up with a secret jammer that we don't know of?
Wow about the part about Casey wanting to give up daughter and deleting photos and it's really funny that Jose got denied...What's wrong Jose? He could have been proved wrong?
If, IF, Caylee is alive, it looks like it may be in Jose best interest they drop the kidnapper routine, NOW, and find her for real. His client just broke the "hate" meter.
Someone should tell the attorney to wise up and enough with the charades, be an attorney, stop being a snake wannabe, Florida has enough snake and shark issues, and bring that little girl home.
Disclaimer**No offense meant to sharks or snakes**
Writer: got the umbrellas ready? I think Cindy is going to be busy with that garden hose.
Padilla really has to be felt for though; National Geographic doesn't want to have anything to do with him and his show with them has been canned and he is out of 50K and credibility now. Guy is going to have to get a real job. Though there are always a job as a security guard.
Countdown:
79 days to trial
5 days for "kidnappers"
3 days or was it 5 days for Padilla, He's working on "Anthony time zone" it seems.
2 months since Caylee has been missing and needs to come home

The TV station site must have been hit hard, because I can't get the link to work, and neither will any other link I can find to WFTV.
I'll check again later.

All the t.v. stations sites are down...I think Cindy is using a special toe jammer on the sites..LOL
Here are alternate links to the pages:

Forwarn: This is ALL 400 pages. Drink lots of coffees and watch out for a woman wearing a golf skirt and carrying a high powered, standard issue garden hose. She knows how to use it and not afraid to use it.
Should your hair be in danger of getting wet...use an umbrella...do not, I repeat, do not accept one from the attorney. He may try to use it on you too.

This is suppose to be from page 35 of the interview transcript:
Page 35, police say they have video surveillance of the complex and Casey doesn't appear anywhere on it to have allegedly drop off her daughter.

Xenu: All the stations are slammed right now. You maybe our only hope. LOL
how about cfnews??
Think the family is hugging right now?
Posted by: wonderingeyes | Monday, August 25, 2008 at 08:44 PM
Zenu - THAT is extremely kind of you :) Thank you so VERY much!
Posted by: Writer | Monday, August 25, 2008 at 08:45 PM
Whoa. cfnews.com had this report from the documents,
"However, interviews also show Casey's mother Cindy called her own daughter a sociopath and was a "mooch."
Posted by: wonderingeyes | Monday, August 25, 2008 at 08:45 PM
Writer: I'm reading them off of cfnews.com; That seems the ONLY station alongside orlando sentinal that is still up.
I appreciate the offer though...if any of the sites go down before I finish or the coffee runs out, I may have to take you up on it..
Wow...wonder what the Anthony house is like right now.
Posted by: wonderingeyes | Monday, August 25, 2008 at 08:47 PM
Hey Guys,
No problem. EVERYONE should have an opportunity to read the documents, IMO.
Posted by: Xenu | Monday, August 25, 2008 at 08:50 PM
Indeed - implode ready, if you ask me. Your question about the dumpster - nada. There's nothing in these 3 files at all related to a dumpster that I saw. anybody else?
Posted by: Writer | Monday, August 25, 2008 at 08:52 PM
Curious answer for any or all of you out there.
With the release of these documents and the "new" information....has this changed your opinion about Casey or reinforce your opinion?
The polls seem to be evening up between accidental death and intentional death.
Posted by: wonderingeyes | Monday, August 25, 2008 at 08:55 PM
For me: I think she quietly nefariously disposed of her daughter. Casey is REALLY angry with mom and dad - much the way Scott Peterson was "angry" with Laci when she showed up at his graduation from college.
Posted by: Writer | Monday, August 25, 2008 at 09:02 PM
writer: wow..still reading the documents...you are a speed reader!
This comment:she can be perceived as a cold, heartless monster, continue to lie and have her friends and her family suffer.
Is what she has chosen.
Look at the victims.
Caylee, first and foremost
Padilla, no more show and NCG wants nothing to be associated with him
Her family-Now pariahs, though they help themselves there
Made a fool of the community and the volunteers-wonder what they think now
Completely discredited herself
Amazing if anyone has faith in a mother's natural instinct to protect her children after this.

Update:
Buzz: You are going to be sick. She was wearing a "Where is Caylee" shirt.
This is from wftv.com
link:
http://www.wftv.com/news/17291662/detail.html
The bounty hunter who helped get Casey out of jail said the documents solidify his theory that Casey gave her daughter away.
Wearing a missing child t-shirt with her daughter's picture, Casey Anthony ran out of the Orange County jail Monday and ignored questions.
That's not the interesting part. This was:
Attorney Jose Baez refused to respond to the discovery documents released Monday. In fact, he filed an emergency order to try and keep the media from getting them.
and get this:
Another childhood friend told investigators Casey would not open up or do anything for anybody unless there's something in it for her.
Posted by: wonderingeyes | Monday, August 25, 2008 at 09:16 PM
Xenu: awesome!! Still slowly going through and reading the local news articles at the same time...yes yes..getting caffinated.
What gets me is that they are trying to stick to the kidnap or gave to a friend. Explain then how cadaver dogs and now a tow truck driver smell decomposition.
