Caylee Anthony - Looks Like The Myth Is Over
According to rumor, Tim Miller and his Texas EquuSearch search and recovery team may be joining the search for Caylee Anthony. It's interesting that his alleged participation may come at this time: perhaps the release of the 400 some odd page court records yesterday had something to do with it. On that same vein, Leonard Padilla started stating this afternoon to local and national media (most notably Headline News) that perhaps he made a mistake in posting bond. He also believes he wouldn't have come to Orlando if he'd seen that data before, and he says he truly believed that perhaps Casey just got herself into a fix and gave Casey to someone. He says it's all an eye opener - and that he's lost confidence in several people in this case as a result. He also mentioned that evidently, 2 of his own guys have left him, so we're not sure if he meant he lost confidence in people involved in the case, or if members of his own team lost confidence in him. Sweet Jesus, that's gotta suck - out $50K for your convictions and all your media defense of this woman for so many days, no matter how much you were told to the contrary. The question is going to be do they revoke the bond after what they've learned? Place your bets...
And there's more...a deputy was fired by the Orange County Sheriff's Department for lying to investigators about having a relationship with Casey prior to Caylee being missing, specifically in May 2008. Apparently, Casey's ex-fiance introduced the two and one thing let to another, and...sex. We guess with that much "free" time on your hands (you don't have job and your parents watch Caylee) , you have plenty of time to juggle 3-4 guys if you want to.
Took some time and studied some of the email traffic Casey supposedly "received" from whatever work she imagined she was doing. Study those carefully, folks: especially the Yahoo one with the headers included. That one looks like it was sent and received at the same time, from the same Yahoo web email server. How often do you think that happens? If you said "never" you're most likely right. Other emails of Casey's in the data released yesterday look to be "typed", and even in one email the subject is in the wrong sequence in the from/to/date email format. Too freaky...
Updated 8:40 -
Leonard Padilla just said on Nancy Grace that he plans to stay in Orlando, search for live Caylee and include a dead Caylee in his plans (his words, not ours). They're not leaving.
Something of interesting to note is that the deputy may not be the only one getting fired.
Toothpick not only reiterated what he said on NG, but it appears that he isn't happy with some people on his own team....mumbling something about the reference to loosing confidence is that someone on the "team" is going to be blame for the misinformation and looking for a new job.
What's disturbing about these turn of events is that
1. It begs to question if the deputy was or did coach Caylee while in jail
2. She is losing major support from people closer to her. She is basically going to be alone it seems when there is an end.
3. Interesting point was raised up...no one seem to think that maybe the high bond was out of fears that they would have another Melinda Duckett on their hands.
Which brings to mind this, with the release of the papers and people close (or in some cases way too close) to her, not only turning on her:
i.e. the close friend refusing to be a character witness for her which would have helped her case
For her own safety, would it be a good idea for her to go back to jail...Not to be mean spirit, but the truth is that she knows where Caylee is...she does anything and the secret goes with her.

Question: Toothpick stated he is going to see this through; Considering what he has just said, think his RV will be allowed to stay on the Anthony's driveway or is he hoping law enforcement will let him crash in their parking lot.
Maybe it's just me, but if someone just pays 50K, talks for the "Casey team" how she is a misunderstood mother, she gave her child to her friends and is just scared, and then goes on national t.v. and says, "Dude...if the 400 page document was read before all this, no way 50K would have been paid"
Think the Anthonys on top of having their daughter call them a control freak and have that leaked and oh yeah, dad cheated...be a tad bit miffed with him too now.
Maybe this is over speculation...but any hopes of cooperation between Toothpick and Lavaball is out the window, making this comment.
How can the Anthonys trust him now "guarding them"?
Surprise they aren't more like..."Dude, there is this huge R.V. pointing toward the house and hope the gas pedal doesn't get mistaken for brakes"

I love how Casey Anthony has sex with every man on the face of the earth, including the Deputy.

Is CDC going to be involve now to? Sigh.
Waiting for PETA to jump in.
Toothpick, if pizza man knocks on your rv door with pizza from the Anthonys. Don't eat it.And he may want to keep an eye on the shed while he is there, and keep the door lock.Tight.
So....Toothpick is staying.
Think the Anthonys are going to welcome someone that may just help completely incriminate their daughter to stay on their driveway.
If he does..better have an umbrella...see a lot of rain in his future.

I agree w.e. Lavaball will propably be back in jail soon and it may very well be the best thing for her safety.
Toothpick keeps getting more and more defensive when the publicity question comes up. I would ask the perkys why do you keep inviting him on-air for all that free publicity?
One of the callers on NG asked about how much toothpick paid to spring lavaball. IMO that is the wrong question. The question should be-How much was paid to the Florida bondsman for facilitating the bond? And how much was paid to the bond insurance company in Texas?
I realize that the foresic tests need to come in. That they may or may not support lavaball's story. That said I am starting to believe that whatever happened to Caylee was not an accident.
One really sad thing (on top of a whole bunch of sad, is there really does not seem to be any mitigating circumstances. From what's known at the moment lavaball can not claim she was damaged by being an abused child. Lavaball can not claim an abusive boyfriend did something.
With the crystal palace being shattered I bet that protest is going to be large. You do have to wonder if anyone will be selling pizza. And I am serious on this point

Buzz: Heads up. You may want a barf bag to watch this video:
http://www.wftv.com/video/17269183/index.html
What is interesting about this video of lavaball arriving and leaving jail is several things:
She isn't trying to appear conservative. Reason I bring this up, she needs to be promoting a "clean" image to the jury...someone they can relate too..she's not even trying.
Okay flip side in lavaball's favor...it can be said no matter what she wears..she's not going to win. True. However...even though what she is wearing isn't suggestive...a smart lawyer will tell her to dress "smart" right now and at least look like a productive citizen.
Buzz: part about pizza. Wouldn't be surprising. The tow truck driver help destroy that theory and wftv.com did a 2nd pizza test and seem to disprove that...
With what has been revealed....nothing has suggested insanity, abuse or just plain stupidity.
Even reading the interviews done at Universal Studios...showed someone who knew they were caught...Funny when asked "Who" Lavaball seems to be clam up fast.

W.E. I did see that earlier. My thoughts we not as nice as what you said. I wondered if Lavaball or screamer wore the shortest shorts.
Posted by: Buzz | Tuesday, August 26, 2008 at 09:53 PM
Deputy "Loverboy" didn't know enough to scream "I want Jose Baez" when they sat him down and said, "Will everyone in this room who has had sex with Casey Anthony please raise yer hand"....he didn't raise his hand.
Cops who investigate cops always say "Cops are easy"....they roll over right away. He shoulda screamed "I want my Lawyer ".......doesn't he watch television.

Writer I want to repeat what others have said. You run a great site without the flaming you know what. I was looking at another blog and it was all w****, piece of you know what, male anatomy, etc. It was enough to make a rapper blush.
It was a really nice way to keep the focus on Caylee.
Posted by: Buzz | Tuesday, August 26, 2008 at 10:41 PM
Writer: I second Buzz.
There have been moments of silliness, but for the most part, everyone here are people whom I feel are very respectable, articulate, rational and your blog has kept, a good standard of sharing information and allowing people to speculate, comment, and remark about a horrible situation that has at its central piece, truly a little girl lost.
Prayers that all those who are missing will find their way home.

Ok, I admit it, I missed something...why are we calling her lavaball??
Posted by: jd | Tuesday, August 26, 2008 at 11:12 PM
Ya'll make me bleary eyed - really. We have to restrain ourselves sometimes, we want like everybody else to vent. We figured we could still kinda vent, but no so much that it becomes overwhelming and we try to make it constructive with a little dark humor and sarcasm. I did kinda use hell and damn, and I've ocassionally called bullshit when it's due. But that, my friends, is all you'll hear (read) from us.
Posted by: Writer | Tuesday, August 26, 2008 at 11:23 PM
It was we's idea. When lavaball was being interviewed at Universal the Officers mentioned snowball going downhill.

buzz, i love your "its enough to make a rapper blush"! jsut another great example of the keen minds at work on this site!! thanks for the chuckle, cyn

i for one am a little lost in the "email trail" of events, bosses, domains etc." is the inference that perhaps lavalball created all that email herself and sent it to herself, etc. when really none of the people exists, except apparently the recently fired deputy? if that is true, perhaps, is this possible, she was involved in some sort of online scam and that perpetuated the stealing, she needed to pay off debts for some type of web scam she was doing? even in my wildest dreams i dont' know how she could have spent that much money in the time frame we are working without without having bought something really noticeable like a vehicle or a house! i keep thinking back to the gas cans from the shed, if she ran out of gas, unless someone drove her back home to get the gas cans, she would have driven herself and then the obvious thing would have been to fill the car, put the empties back in the shed so that they would be available the next time she needed gas. if so, who drove her there, and when. if she drove herself, then obviously the car was not out of gas? like most of the other pieces of this case the logic was sidestepped by the actions!

I spent 3 hours and read the entire 400 pages last night. There is no doubt that my initial and continued thougths and motives are even more solid. Casey killed Caylee, not by accident, in a fit of rage as she envied the relationship she had with her gramma and reminds Casey of her own mom. That child is buried somewhere. Prayers they find her.
Posted by: lavanda dolce | Wednesday, August 27, 2008 at 08:25 AM
Lavonda I agree with you. I was supporting the accident theory but no longer. I just wonder what Caylee's mom was planning to do in the future when Lee has kids or she has more kids. She's not going to be the center of her mommy's attention forever.
Posted by: Buzz | Wednesday, August 27, 2008 at 08:45 AM
Well, if I were Padilla I'd go ahead and search for Caylee for the reward money. He was a fool to put up the cash for bail, but his heart was right. Now his eyes are opened even if they could have been if he'd have seriously considered what the media was reporting. Let him have whatever he's out to have in this fiasco he stepped into- fame, reward money and all else to come his way. A knife was recovered in the trunk, eh? Looks like the Anthony's forgot to search there before the cops arrived. What excuse will we hear on that bit of evidence? Too bad the tow company didn't call the cops when George opened the trunk and that foul smell and flies came out of it. Don't tell me George and Cindy don't know what the truth is. Searching for Caylee's kidnapper is all a big ruse, as many here already know.
Posted by: SLC | Wednesday, August 27, 2008 at 09:45 AM
JD: it just happen because in the documents the investigators kept telling her this was going to snowball and considering the path of destruction in her path:
*Deputy gets fired
*Toothpick not only loses his show, National Geographic has nothing to do with him now and he is going to have to recover his creditablity somehow now
*Anthonys are literally pariahs to their communtiy now
*Any friends of Lavaball have now had all their personal info broadcast to the world and they have Lavaball really to thank for getting them in that mess
*A close friend of Lavaball has refused to testify as a character witness for Lavaball and that's not a good sign
*Tony L. probrably is going to have a hard time finding a relationship after this and he can't be blame for having trust issues so whoever he hooks up with better be VERY understanding
*Amy H. had money stolen from her yet to be roommate
*Lavaball stole money from her own grandparents. NICE
*Biggest victim though of all, Caylee. Her own mother stole away her childhood and future. Caylee was robbed literally of a chance to grow up, be happy, have birthday parties, fall in love, go to college, get married, have children and basically have a future herself.
Caylee isn't going to be able to make her own choices or choose her life like we all have the privilege to do because she has a mother who was so selfish and self-center that rather than do the right thing and give Caylee up for adoption, she chose to steal Caylee's life instead.
Granted..adoption isn't easy, but murder or possible murder. Come on. It takes a very cold hearted person to be that selfish to deny another person a right to live.
None of this would happen if casey just gave Caylee up to her grandparents or to a loving family that wanted to give Caylee a future.
She couldn't. Instead, Lavaball had the birthday parties, fell in love, got a chance to party and do whatever she want, but she showed there was no room or decency to give that to another person.
Sociopaths view people as objects to be use and also as competitors...Sociopaths worlds revolve around them. Not anyone else.
Lavonda and Buzz: this is horrible to say, but I voted from the get go she intentionally killed Caylee.
My reasoning: She reminds me to much of Melinda Duckett, when I first saw Lavaball arrested, the first thing that went through my mind was that Darlene gal in Dallas who cut her own throat and claim an intruder did it, and my third thought was Susan Smith.
Lavaball for someone who lost her child was in too much control of her emotions...Her comment to her friend, Christine, sealed it and we can pretty bet that the police was listening it and went..yep, she did it.
After reading the documents and seeing season detectives reaction, that reaffirm that she did it and not by accident.
Granted we give police a hard time, but there are decent cops out there and they know their job and in this case...when you have two detectives with 30 years experience together and who lives in a state where children have died both intentionally and accidently and heard it all...it's pretty easy to bet that the minute they saw her they knew.
Something I learn from someone I know...it's not what they are saying that matters, but how they are saying it and their actions that tells the story.
What decent person whose done nothing walks into a police building, handcuff with their head up? None.
Top it off...she's in a hearing about her missing child and yet she is able to turn to her family and wave and smile with no tears??
I've been to vet office where middle-age women are crying over poor fluffy being sick and yet here is a child that is missing, probably dead and she has the composure to keep her emotions in check and smile?
Judges and investigating police watch all that. They weren't born yesterday and the good ones especially, already know that people lie.
If a person is guilty they tend to act like the "strong ones" and police are mentally comparing that to people they've seen whose come to the morgue to i.d. a deceased love one, or whose homes they have to come to, to report a love one has passed away.
They are also comparing it to many other parents we don't hear about on the news who come to file missing children reports hours after the child are missing and having to be consoled and sometimes near nervous breakdown.
A parent who is missing a child isn't going to take the time to fix their hair, polish their toe nails or get a tattoo...Police know the game.
Someone I knew who was studying in the criminal field told me that they read of a case of a child that had been abused to the point that they had died.
Police found evidence later that she and her boyfriend had murder the child.
Tip off: If a child is deceased or missing, personal appearances are the last thing a true grieiving parent cares about.
The mom had taken the time to put her makeup on, fix her hair and put on new clothes before reporting to the police.
They asked her if she had time to do all that, what about the child. She just gave them a blank stare. She stammered and couldn't give a good excuse why. Even tried to say she "wanted to look good" before reporting the "crime". They asked her if she did this while her child was laying in the room deceased. She finally broke down and confessing later on.
It was explained that people who commit crimes like this...they don't "dwell on it" and in their minds, they move on.
They dehumanize the situation.
Great example...think about a funeral or wake. Watch around and it's easy to spot on whose really grieving and who either don't care or there for appearances sake.
The human mind is a funny and complex thing. It can make us the best of people and it can make us the worse of people.
Lavaball had no emotional connection to Caylee. There is no evidence. What parent doesn't take the time to call during the day to check up on their child?
How many times have one of us been out and about and see parents who are more absorbed in themselves, who they are talking to or whatever the case, and their kids are running wild and short of torching the place down, the parents are "oblivious" to what their children are doing.
How many polished parents does one see whose face isn't worn down looking who don't take the time the usually do to put on makeup.

Update: Texas EquuSearch are going to Florida. They just posted the following on their website:
http://www.texasequusearch.org/
Caylee Marie Anthony, age 2, was last seen on June 9th, 2008. Her mother may have dropped her off with some friends and she may now be in Miami, Florida, Charlotte, NC or Brooklyn, NY.
Texas EquuSearch is officially going to Florida to help on the Caylee Anthony search. Caylee’s grandmother called our director, Tim Miller and Tim agreed that we could assist on the search. Beth Holloway, Natalee Holloway’s mother will be with us assisting this weekend. We need everyone’s special prayers on bringing Caylee home safely. Our children make up 25% of our population, but 100% of our future.
My heart just broke when I saw little Caylee's picture FINALLY posted on Texas Equusasearch and praying that something comes up.
Please pray for TES and Mrs. Holloway who is joining the search and this is mean so asking for major forgiveness right now, but pray that Cindy does the right thing for a change and let TES DO THEIR JOB and not lead them on a wild goose chase and give them what they need and stay out of their way and not try to use them as they've used Toothpick, local law enforcement and the good people of Florida.
TES are good people, well respected for their work which is basically all volunteers who give their time, sacrifice personal responsibilities and family to give back to the community and help people whose love ones are missing.
My prayers are that they can bring Caylee home finally for peace and to finally be able to rest, be she alive or...let's just keep praying she's alive and hope...
My opinion: Cindy needs to give up the kidnappers charade or she's with friend's charade and face what is a fact: Caylee is missing.
My prayers is she doesn't try to fill these good people's head with nonsense and give them the straight facts for a change.
To paraphrase the words of the judge to Lavaball, the truth and the Anthony family are strangers in that house.
Posted by: wondering eyes | Wednesday, August 27, 2008 at 10:04 AM
If you've seen pictures of Tim Miller, you can see that he looks like the kind of person who has been there. He is not someone I would like to try and scam. He HAS been there, and knows what it feels like, and knows a lie when he hears it. I am pleased that Beth Holloway is getting into this kind of work, and have always hoped that she might find out what happened to her daughter.
Posted by: Ronni | Wednesday, August 27, 2008 at 10:10 AM
Ronni: *Hugs* That is extremely reassuring *Hugs*; Was worry about another casualty to the Lavaball train.
They look like very good people and very well respected and it's sad that its taken so long for Cindy to finally call them (she should have call them before the bounty hunter got involved).
TES seems to be the best bet and I do have high regard for them and it's very reassuring to hear from you share that particularly ( I really am so sorry to hear about your friend's daughter and how close it happen to you) about Tim Miller.
Praying with Tim's experience and expertise he can help bring this little girl to a home where she knows she is deeply missed and loved by people who aren't' even family but she still means the world to.
Caylee deserves better than what she is getting right now.
Praying that some order can come from this chaos and a little girl can be brought home for peace and rest, SHE deserves.
Countdown:
*77 days to trial
*Too long for little Caylee to come back to a home where she deserves love and respect.

Link to 2nd pizza theory retested by wftvcom:
http://www.wftv.com/news/17292628/detail.html
What's interesting is that they did it by specifications laid out by GA that they did it wrong and how it should have been done and it still didn't result in a smell of human decomposition.
When approached about it, the spokesperson said that it "wasn't scientific" and they are awaiting forensics.
Is it just me, but when the Anthonys get approached with something that discredits their theory, out pops another reason or excuse?
Denial is understandable but at this rate, wondering if someone or even a good lawyer, has suggested that the family seek individual/or family therapy to deal with this?
Say GA and screamer are in denial...what are they going to do if Caylee isn't found alive?
Hopefully this has been brought up and it would seem that screamer er Cindy, has been receptive to counseling in the past, even to the point that she was going to give Lavaball walking papers.
Though one wonders...maybe Cindy is reacting like she is doing out of personal guilt? Thinking and feeling she is the catalyst? If that is the case, let's pray and hope she and GA consider therapy or counseling now and afterwards.
They can't blame fictional kidnappers or friends forever since all the friends are out in the open and talking and working with investigators and documents are showing that the investigators has gone over everything and every lead trying.
It's really sad and distressing the level and length of enabling they are going to go to protect someone who in documents has even criticized them in less than flattering ways.
Wasn't there a case of a parent who still supported her child who was convicted of murder even in the face of seeing video of her child admitting and implicating himself in murder?
What is worse is if there is a homicide charges/or conviction, that the community is forever going to be haunted by GA and screamer still blaming fictional kidnappers and friends for something that their daughter did.
This is where one has to really feel for them there. The denial of something tragic.
Everyone wants to think the best of a child, a family member, in humanity in themselves, but the first step to acceptance is acceptance of reality.
Prayers that maybe with TES coming in the search and Mrs. Holloway involved that maybe Cindy can realize...game is up. It's time for reality and healing.

Hey what happened to the "physic" or "psychic" ? she dropped outta the picture ?.....maybe she went home to box her stuff before they kicked her out of her house.....stll can't understand how a psychic couldn't "see" something worth a few bucks to stve off the repo man.
I was thinking maybe she'd say she "sees" big airplanes landing and taking off in the area where Caylee is......if she has a cadaver dog where does she get cadvers (or cadaver material), to train the dog with ?
Check out how Casey will be dressing for the public....bet ya her fashions will be dictated right out of the "Slimey Lawyers Handbook of Dress for Success"......IE, Little Girl A-sexual look....Baseball hat etc.....he'd have her wear a nuns habit if he could get away with it......No shorts or hot stuff. She looked like she was 12 in the TV footage....that's not by accident.
Posted by: Pat McCormick | Wednesday, August 27, 2008 at 11:44 AM
With all of the destroyed lives in Casey's path, I suggest they name the next hurricane after her. There has been a lot of destruction left in her path. Money lost, life lost, jobs lost, etc etc etc.....
