Volunteers needed for Caylee Anthony Search

The Sheriff’s Office continues to receive invaluable support from the Texas EquuSearch team that has come to Orlando to assist in the agency’s effort to locate Caylee Anthony. The agency continues to receive calls from citizens wanting to assist with this ongoing effort. Texas EquuSearch and the Sheriff’s Office are seeking volunteers to participate in searches for the missing three year old on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (September 5, 6, and 7). Volunteers are asked to meet at the search command center at 6317 TPC Boulevard before 8:30 AM. Volunteers will be given maps of the area and assembled into search teams. The daily searches will continue until dusk/dark.

We also continue to receive calls in reference to the specific nature of evidence recovered during the course of the Caylee Anthony investigation. As has been the policy during the course of this or any ongoing investigation being conducted by this agency, the Sheriff’s Office can not and will not provide details regarding the specific nature of criminal evidence it has recovered or expects to recover during the course of the investigation.

We will endeavor to provide you with the most recent and up to date information on this case immediately as it becomes available. Whatever information in released throughout the course of this investigation will ultimately be posted on the Caylee Anthony portion of the agency’s web site.

• TES has relocated the command center to coordinate with the Orange County Sheriff's search command center. The new address is: 6317 TPC Blvd., Orlando, FL. It is located on the corner of TCP Blvd. and McCoy Road.
• Over 100 searches, 25 search dogs showed up today with more people arriving.
• Mark Nejame will be representing George and Cindy, apparently to stem negative publicity.
• Oddly after Cindy made the decision to meet with Mark and try to do something with the public she sent the following email to WFTV about Tim Miller, Texas Equusearch and Leonard Padilla:

"Leonard Padilla and Tim Miller came to me under false pretenses. Both claiming their sole purpose to find Caylee alive. Tim Miller misrepresented his intentions, and is falsely accusing me of not cooperating with him, when it is evident his motives were to obtain publicity for his organization at the expense of exploiting my granddaughters disappearance. Tim Miller tried to discredit Kid Finders Network by falsely stating that they tried to pull out of the search for Caylee. Mr. Miller also claims that he spent twelve hours in my home with my family including Casey, when in fact he spent only a few hours total with me and minutes with Casey. This is an example of Tim Miller following in Leonard Padillas footsteps. Although I feel his organization has a purpose, his misrepresentation has tainted the efforts of so many people with good intentions. I would have expected Tim Miller to speak with me one on one, rather than me hearing him on Nancy Grace."

• The bond company that put up $300 for the first set of economic charges has done the same thing again. This was news to Jose Baez who showed up at court, but Casey did not have to appear. We believe this bondsman is paying the bond so that Casey does not get credit for time served on these charges.
• Jose Baez met with George and Cindy til after midnight last night at their home.

Writer: Tell me that LE is going to slap charges on Rattlesnake now.

Toothpick would not have just said,"Here you go, 50K" for nothing, plus, uhm..he has a job to do too. I mean, he's not the brightest BH around but he still has a job and there are rules to follow and Lavaball...No..that's not even fitting anymore, her name should be apocalypse at this point....

Rattlesnake is displaying very cold, extreme NPD, tendancy and the fact she even went and try to get a high profile atty for pro bono shows that she has a major issue of entitlement...

The family history is so easily unfolding here to see where everything has gone wrong and it's like she is raising a mini-me.

Its hard not to contemplate if Rattlesnake might have had a form of Munchauser's Syndrome that she passed on to unlucky.

With GA not in the picture...it seems almost easy to think that maybe a divorce could be in Rattlesnake's future soon.

Why get a high dollar lawyer to represent them due to "negative imagery" AND..wouldn't make sense if they are going to get a high price fancy shmancy lawyer..he represents...THE FAMILY????

1. expecting some charges coming up
2. lawsuits
3. a good reason why GA might have drop by the OCSD to talk to a specific investigator

The founder of a group organizing daily Central Florida searches for missing Caylee Anthony, Tim Miller, said he was furious with Cindy Anthony after what he said was a lack of cooperation.

"I'm pissed off," Equusearch's Miller said. "I feel as though we have been used in this and we are not getting any cooperation. We have done everything Cindy Anthony has asked us to do."

Cindy Anthony apparently heard comments from Miller and bounty hunter Leonard Padilla on CNN's Nancy Grace show and released a statement from a family representative Thursday.

Miller responded to the statement.

"This is about Caylee, period, the end," Miller said. "And I would hope, if something has happened to Caylee, I would hope Cindy would want us out here finding her body too. If Cindy wants us to stop looking for her body, guess what -- we are not going to."

Orange County Sheriff Kevin Beary also sent a message to Cindy on Wednesday.

"Cindy Anthony was on national TV demanding an apology from the sheriff's office," Local 6's Louis Bolden said at the news conference.

"(It) won't happen," Beary said after a chuckle. "It won't happen. We are doing our job. What we need is credible information, especially from her daughter and that is a message I send back to her.

Jose Esq says that "it was not a "good" thing" that the bail was posted. (2500) It was probably done as a "Zinger" by someone looking to ratchet up the heat on the grieving Mom.

FBI says there was a "significant" amount of chloroform in the trunk.....maybe Casey unintentionally got a good dose of it too and was "half in and half out" for a couple of days during the month (?) time frame.

Background on attorney that is representing them regarding "negative public imagery"

Let's see People didn't publish anything that basically wasn't said or implied in police reports. Oscd has been investing hours chasing down lavaball's alibi.padilla-okay I don't believe he parted with a whole fifty grand initially, but he did get lavaball out of jail. TES Spent tens of thousands when that money could have gone to a family that would love the help. The media-as the song says "dirty laundry". Orlando area citizens-no explanation needed.

Cindy Anthony takes the meaning of "SHAME" to a whole new level! Difficult to continue on with feeling any kind of sympathy for such a selfish and mean-spirited person!

Update:
Cindy and George Anthony retain high profile lawyer
2 p.m. Mark NeJame has confirmed this afternoon that he will be representing Cindy and George Anthony, but he will not represent their daughter, Casey.

NeJame told the Orlando Sentinel yesterday that he had met with the couple for several hours regarding the legal process and media.

The Anthonys wanted to learn from NeJame about how they could refocus the case on the search for their missing granddaughter.

Cindy Anthony fires back at EquuSearch leader
3:12 p.m. Cindy Anthony, the grandmother of missing 3-year-old Caylee Marie, fired back today at comments made by EquuSearch's founder, Tim Miller, regarding the family's role in searching for her granddaughter.

While Anthony admits the group's search efforts are appreciated, she thinks Miller "misrepresented his intentions."

Anthony maintains that Miller agreed to look for a living child and not a dead child.

Garrison said the family has received "massive amounts of e-mails from people who believe Caylee is alive and they are looking for her."

Anthony also wrote that Miller falsely accused her of not cooperating with the search and that he spent little time with the family, and not the extended amount of time he claimed on several news programs.

Poor Jose Esq said he went to bed early because of this mornings scheduled arraignment/bail hearing......he showed up at 8-30ish and the court people told him that bail had been posted during the night so the hearing was off.......someone could have given him a ring while he was having coffee and told him about it.....there's some very unprofessional stuff going on here.

In most courts that I've been around someone would get their ass chewed for that....it's either an administrative error or an intentional slight....Amusing.

That Nejame guy has gotta be top shelf.....he's got his hair and eyebrows all fried and dyed.

Wow, there seems to be more and more damning evidence each and every day. It looks like LE will allow bits of their case to show all the while building their case.

The sad part is that Caylee is still not found and all of the massive time and effort could be saved and used to locate someone else if only that ridiculous family would disclose where they hid her.

Miller and Padilla didn't mislead Cindy. Didn't the pre-lim DNA results come in after they were here? Why would they go against the results and believe Cindy's word? If they would have done that then I would have to question their professionalism. I wonder if her statement is a pre-defense statement. Could there be charges of interfering with an investigation now since the results came out? It smacks of butt covering.
