Police are convinced the remains they have found are those of Latoyia Figueroa. The press conference is running late by about 15 minutes, CNN has reported that Stephen Pouches has been arrested. He was carrying 1 firearm and wearing a bulletproof vest between midnight and 1am early Saturday morning. Another man is in custody as well. They were in an area about 15 miles south of Philly and were in the process of moving her body when they were caught.

From the press conference, remains are those of Latoyia, Stephen Pouches has been arrested for murder and related offenses. Autopsy being performed to determine cause of death. The DA and other authorities were incredibly compassionate, and sensitive the family. A preliminary hearing will happen in 3-10 days. Latoyia's father thanked coucilman, goldengirl and the community. Asked for justice to prevail. He was called at 2am to make an identification.

Press conference at 10am they will release additional details and what led them to the body. It looks like the father of her baby (Stephen Pouches) has a timeline and alibi that is falling apart.

Colarulo said the person in custody had not been arrested or charged. He would not comment on whether the person had any connection to the property in neighboring Chester where the remains were recovered.
A decomposed body discovered early Saturday morning in Chester may be that of Latoyia Figueroa, the pregnant 24-year-old West Philadelphia woman missing for more than a month, police said.
"We found a body and have reason to believe it is her," Philadelphia Police Inspector William Colarulo said Saturday morning.
Philadelphia Police Homicide Unit detectives, along with other law-enforcement agencies, were at the scene Saturday morning, a location that Colarulo said was near Fourth and Palmer Streets.
Colarulo said police were also questioning a man at Philadelphia Police Headquarters in connection with the discovery. He declined to identify the man.
Danielle McClain from Bella Online as written an article about Latoyia's disappearance, her article was picked up by google alerts. In it she mentions that it has been reported that Stephen Pouches is a "person of interest."
The one month anniversary of Latoyia’s disappearance has past and there are still no clues as to her whereabouts.
Latoyia’s family continues to search daily for any sign of where she might be or what might have happened to her. Her face flows through the city on flyers with her description and a large reward but still no one has come forward.
Stephen Pouches, a former boyfriend and father of Latoyia’s unborn child, has been repeatedly questioned in Latoyia’s disappearance.
Although he has not been named as a suspect in her disappearance, Pouches was reported to be a person “of interestâ€.
