Biblical Languages Minor
With a biblical languages degree at Grace, you鈥檒l develop fluency in Greek, Hebrew, or both, gaining a rich understanding of biblical language, culture, and context.聽
At Grace, we believe in the inerrancy of Scripture. We also believe Christ in glorified when we share His Word with those around us. With a rich understanding of biblical languages, you鈥檒l develop a greater understanding of historical contexts, allowing you to be a disciple-maker with a deep knowledge of God鈥檚 Word who spurs others to pursue Christ.聽
The biblical languages program offers three pathways: Greek, Hebrew, and both languages together. Regardless of which you choose, you鈥檒l take core classes in biblical backgrounds, languages, and exegesis. You鈥檒l also choose from various electives, such as Intercultural Communication, New Testament Exposition, and Old Testament Exposition.聽
By the time you graduate with a biblical languages degree, you鈥檒l develop a strong foundation in understanding and studying Scripture. Whether you work as a translator, missionary, teacher, or writer, you鈥檒l be equipped to use your linguistic competency to further God鈥檚 Kingdom on earth.
