Master of Business Administration (MBA) - Financial Planning Concentration

  • Online

黑料社 and Theological Seminary is pleased to introduce a new MBA with a Financial Planning Concentration, designed to equip students with both the technical expertise and biblical grounding necessary to lead in the growing field of financial services. Offered fully online and built upon Grace鈥檚 39-credit hour MBA framework, this concentration combines rigorous coursework in investment and human behavior, capital markets and investing, and risk management with a distinctive Christ-centered approach to stewardship. Students will gain practical tools to serve individuals and organizations in financial decision-making, all while learning to integrate scriptural principles into every aspect of economic life.

This concentration begins with a foundational course that explores the intersection of faith and finance, drawing from biblical mandates such as Proverbs 3:9鈥10 and Matthew 6:24 to challenge students to view wealth through a lens of stewardship rather than ownership. Core courses in the concentration include topics such as Personal Financial Planning, Estate and Tax Strategies, and Behavioral Finance, taught by industry professionals who understand the importance of ethics and integrity in advising clients. Assignments are designed to be immediately applicable to students鈥 current roles, promoting both practical impact and professional growth.

Students progress through the MBA in a cohort model, fostering community and accountability within a collaborative learning environment. With an anticipated completion time of two years and a total program cost of $21,450, the program is both accessible and comprehensive. Graduates will be well-prepared to pursue careers as Certified Financial Planners (CFPs), wealth advisors, financial analysts, or stewardship directors in nonprofit organizations and churches. This program is ideal for professionals seeking to honor Christ in the marketplace while helping others make wise, values-based financial decisions.
