Nonprofit Management is the discipline of leading and operating organizations that serve a mission rather than chasing profit. In this program, you’ll learn how to inspire teams, manage resources, and create meaningful impact in your community and beyond. A Master of Nonprofit opens the door to meaningful leadership roles in organizations that serve others. You can manage programs, direct fundraising efforts, oversee teams, plan strategy, and help guide nonprofit organizations toward lasting impact. Whether you already work in the nonprofit space or you’re preparing to enter it, this degree equips you to lead with confidence.

The average time it takes a student to complete the degree is two years. Students take one course each 8-week session. The program requires 36 total credit hours.

To be considered for enrollment in one of the graduate programs at Grace, you must fulfill specific admission requirements. Below is a list of the requirements for the Master of Nonprofit Management.

• A completed bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 2.5 GPA
• Complete the application process

We recommend that you apply for admission at least one month before the next entry term. Students applying after the deadline are considered on a space-available basis. It is best to apply early!

You’ll take courses that prepare you to lead mission-driven organizations with confidence. Topics include:

• Marketing, Communication & Special Topics for Nonprofit Organizations
• Fundraising

You’ll also complete applied assignments that you can often use directly in your current work or volunteer experience.
