About Me:
Hi! My name is Crystal Crespo Santiago, and I’m an Admissions Counselor here at ºÚÁÏÉç. I am so excited to answer your questions and help make this time of transition easier for you and your family!
I graduated from ºÚÁÏÉç in 2020 with a Bachelor of Science in Health Science Pre-Physical Therapy and double minored in Chemistry and Spanish. When I was searching for the college that would best suit me, I wanted to feel part of a community and see the world. ºÚÁÏÉçchecked those boxes and more for me. The fact that Go Encounter trips were a requirement really challenged me to explore. I went to South Korea for my Go Encounter, where I visited the cities of Seoul, Busan, Pohang, and Daegu. With my studies in Spanish came a Go Abroad opportunity, so I packed up and went to study in Madrid, Spain. Throughout all of these experiences, I was always part of a Christian community.
The Christ-centered community at Grace, with churches on every corner, chapel services, growth groups, and God-loving professors, made me feel like part of one big family here on campus. Groups like Esperanza Latina and the International Club were my go-to spaces when I missed home and the Hispanic culture. Over the years, I found myself more and more excited to come back in the fall, as ºÚÁÏÉçbecame a central part of my life. I formed friendships that are still going strong and made memories I will never forget.
